About the Role:

We are excited to announce a new IT Support Analyst position at our Wroclaw office. This entry-level role is designed to provide you with the opportunity to grow within the dynamic team.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and resolving any type of IT issues at our Wroclaw office.

What You Will Do:

• Provide direct user support for Mac and Windows computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Offer technical support to the organization’s internal users of computer applications and client hardware.
• Answer questions of growing complexity regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status, and downtime procedures.
• Support network services, software systems engineering, and/or application development to restore service and/or identify problems.
• Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log, ensuring timely resolution of problems and/or providing information to other associates to add to the tracking log.
• Assist the local office employees in ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless support.

What You Will Need:

• Education: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related discipline or equivalent work experience in Data Center, Trading, Computer, or Network Operations.
• Experience: some relevant field experience ; willingness to learn and grow.
• Special Qualifications: Certifications relevant to the role are considered a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Cisco CCNA).
• Languages: fluent in both Polish and English.
