Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Engineer (2nd Line) to be the technical backbone of our international organization. This role involves expertly troubleshooting technical issues across applications, operating systems, and hardware for internal clients. You will install and configure Linux and Windows systems, support database operations with SQL queries, and maintain technical documentation. We value passion, initiative, and core technical skills, particularly in Windows/Linux Servers, SQL, and clear communication.

Must Have

  • Provide support to internal clients, troubleshooting technical issues related to applications, operating systems, and computer hardware.
  • Install and configure Linux and Windows systems and software.
  • Support database operations by writing simple SQL queries, analyzing routine errors, and executing backup processes.
  • Develop and maintain clear and accessible user manuals and technical documentation.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
  • Fundamental understanding of SQL (e.g., ability to write basic SELECT and UPDATE queries).
  • Solid grasp of LAN/WAN configuration and common networking challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of virtualization concepts and technologies.
  • Fluency in Polish and a communicative level of English.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in the IT industry or a related field.
  • Ability to write scripts (e.g., PowerShell and Bash) to automate tasks.
  • Communicative ability in Ukrainian.
