Job Description

As the Junior Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of projects within the team. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and account leads, you will help coordinate project tasks, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure clear communication across teams. You will help monitor resources, contribute to client communications, and assist in the successful execution of campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.

  • Foundational knowledge of social, digital, and moving image marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritise effectively, and remain organised under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating resources and supporting scheduling.
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new project management tools and methods.

A little bit about the role:

As the Junior Project Manager, you will support the end-to-end delivery of projects within the team. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and account leads, you will help coordinate project tasks, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure clear communication across teams. You will help monitor resources, contribute to client communications, and assist in the successful execution of campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist in allocating and monitoring project resources, working with discipline leads to assign appropriate team members as per the client brief.
  • Proactively identify potential resource conflicts and escalate issues to the Senior Project Manager.
  • Support the ongoing management and updating of timing plans and ensure these are communicated to clients as required.
  • Contribute to project tracking and reporting, ensuring deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Help coordinate the production, review, and delivery of assets to meet quality standards.
  • Gather and clarify client feedback, working with senior team members to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare for and support project meetings at all stages, including kick-off and discovery sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and files.
  • Continuously learn about the client's business and objectives, gaining exposure to best practices and methodologies.
  • Promote positive communication and collaboration within the team and with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share recommendations with the project team.

What you'll need:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a project support/coordination role (agency experience preferred).
  • Foundational knowledge of social, digital, and moving image marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, prioritise effectively, and remain organised under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and tailored to different audiences.
  • Experience coordinating resources and supporting scheduling.
  • Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new project management tools and methods.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitude.
  • Willingness to take initiative, ask questions, and escalate issues as needed.
