Job Description

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll play a vital role in the smooth operation of social media channels for a leading automotive brand. Responsibilities include taking client briefs, managing internal resources, handling client communications, reviewing content, and ensuring KPIs are met. You'll leverage your social media expertise and understanding of client objectives to guide the creative team. Duties also encompass coordinating meetings, presentations, reporting, budget management, and key account issues. Excellent communication skills are crucial for producing clear, concise client communications, outlining expectations and implications. You'll also contribute to client market management. The ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of experience in marketing/advertising/social media, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for social media trends. German and English fluency is essential.

WHAT YOU DO
  • You play an essential role in ensuring the smooth running of social media channels – from taking briefs from clients, booking internal resource, managing briefings, client comms, reviewing and delivering content across all channels.
  • You combine your extensive understanding of social media with knowledge of the client’s business and objectives to provide helpful guidance alongside the creative team throughout the process.
  • You ensure that work is of the highest quality and KPIs are met.
  • You are responsible for coordinating status meetings, presentations, reporting, budget management and overall key account issues.
  • You use your communication skills to produce clear, concise and accurate verbal and written. communications to service clients - from formulating expectations and required actions to all relevant implications (e.g. time and cost) with a level of detail appropriate to the audience.
  • You take over some of the key client market management (with support!).
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have 1-3 years professional experience in marketing / advertising / social media, and a keen interest in the field.
  • You have a healthy self-confidence, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • You have excellent communication skills – you know how to interact both internally and with clients, learning how to get the best out of everyone.
  • You have a strong attention to detail and time management.
  • You have an interest in project management, or ideally you already have some basic knowledge .
  • You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to social – you know what good looks like, and what the latest trends are.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business.
