WHAT YOU DO

Leadership and Control:

• Overall responsibility for operational processes in production, including CNC technology, wood technology, advertising technology and paint technology.
• Ensuring compliance with production plans, deadlines and budget specifications.
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes and production processes to increase efficiency and quality.

Leadership and Personnel:

• Disciplinary and technical leadership, motivation and further development of employees in production.
• Responsibility for personnel deployment planning.
• Ensuring high work safety and order in all manufacturing areas.

Planning and Technology:

• Close cooperation with the project management, work preparation and construction departments for a smooth transfer of projects into production.
• Selection, maintenance and upkeep of the machinery and operating equipment.
• Establishment and monitoring of quality standards (e.g. within the framework of quality management).

Material and Purchasing:

• Participation in the selection and evaluation of suppliers and external service providers (International Sourcing).
• Ensuring efficient material supply in coordination with purchasing and logistics.

WHO YOU ARE

• Completed technical training (master craftsman, technician) or an engineering degree (e.g. production technology, mechanical engineering, wood technology).
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable position, ideally in a manufacturing environment such as shopfitting, exhibition construction, furniture construction or advertising material production.
• Sound knowledge and practical expertise in CNC machining, wood, plastic and metal processing.
• Proficient use of ERP/PPS systems and modern control instruments.
• Strong entrepreneurial thinking and a strong hands-on mentality.
• High social competence, assertiveness and the ability to inspire and retain employees.
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English language skills are an advantage.
