As a Junior Graphic Designer in the Graphic Services team, you will support the development and implementation of graphic concepts, layouts, and key visuals for various international clients. Your tasks will range from creating flyers to designing large shop windows or exhibition stands. You will contribute your expertise and hands-on mentality to interdisciplinary project teams, assist with final artwork for print and web, and prepare professional presentations and guidelines, working with suppliers and service providers. You will also create region-specific layouts and assets in up to 80 languages, and leverage AI tools for innovation and efficiency.

Must Have

##### WHAT YOU DO

• In our Graphic Services team, you support the development and implementation of graphic concepts, layouts, and key visuals for various international clients.
• From creating a flyer to designing large shop windows or exhibition stands – in our interdisciplinary project teams, you contribute to the success of the project with your professional expertise, hands-on mentality, and ownership.
• You assist with the final artwork/creation of data for print and web applications and communicate with suppliers and service providers.
• You work on region-specific layouts and create various assets in up to 80 languages.
• In close coordination with the team, you create aesthetic and understandable graphics and professionally and visually appealingly prepare presentations, guidelines, and assembly instructions.
• With your affinity for AI tools and automation, you contribute to an innovative and efficient daily work routine.

##### WHO YOU ARE

• You have successfully completed training in media design (digital & print) or a degree in graphic/communication design.
• You are proficient in using the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and already have experience in applying AI tools.
• You bring very good knowledge of typography and initial experience in dealing with CI guidelines.
• You have a design sense, an eye for colors, and good technical understanding.
• You work in an organized, structured manner and have a quick grasp.
• You communicate confidently in German and and English.
