Job Description
LIGAPRODUCTION in Heimsheim is a full-service provider for regional, national, and international clients, specializing in special constructions, prototypes, and large series productions with worldwide logistics for shop window and decoration construction, as well as events. The Master Carpenter will work closely with designers and project managers, coordinate manufacturing processes, and ensure high quality standards, adherence to schedules, and budgets. The role requires a completed master carpenter qualification or equivalent, several years of experience in team leadership and demanding projects in retail or exhibition construction, and sound knowledge of materials, furniture construction, and surface finishing.
Must Have:
- Completed training as a master carpenter (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in carpentry.
- Several years of professional experience in leading teams.
- Experience in implementing demanding projects in retail or exhibition construction.
- Sound knowledge of material science, furniture construction, and surface finishing.
- Organizational talent and strong communication skills.
- High resilience, flexibility, and willingness to travel occasionally domestically and internationally.

WHAT YOU DO
- Close cooperation with designers, project managers, and other departments to successfully realize projects from planning to completion.
- Coordination and supervision of manufacturing processes, setups, presentations, acceptances, installations, and returns.
- Ensuring the highest quality standards and adherence to agreed schedules and budgets.
WHO YOU ARE
- Completed training as a master carpenter (m/f/d) or comparable qualification in carpentry.
- Several years of professional experience in leading teams and implementing demanding projects in retail or exhibition construction.
- Sound knowledge of material science, furniture construction, and surface finishing.
- Organizational talent and strong communication skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
