Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Amsterdam team from January 2026. This role involves leading interdisciplinary projects in the fashion, sports & lifestyle sectors, serving as the primary client contact. You will manage project planning, timelines, budgets, and ensure profitable project completion, collaborating with design and production teams. The ideal candidate has several years of project management experience, is fluent in English, proficient in MS, Excel, and MAC, and demonstrates a responsible, reliable, and flexible approach to work, capable of handling pressure and delegating effectively.

Must Have:

Responsible for interdisciplinary projects and project teams in fashion, sports & lifestyle.
First point of contact for the customer.
Realize client wishes, meet deadlines, and manage budgets profitably.
Responsible for project planning, timelines, proposal preparation, costing, invoicing, and documentation.
Align with production partners for in-time delivery of activations, installations, and window campaigns.
Plan and organize international logistics processes.
Support business relationship development through targeted customer communication.
Several years of experience in Project Management.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Very good knowledge of MS, Excel, and MAC.
Very responsible and reliable way of working.
Able to work under pressure, independently, and with a high degree of flexibility.

WHAT YOU DO

As Senior Project Manager you are responsible for interdisciplinary projects and project teams in the fashion, sports & lifestyle sector and are the first point of contact for the customer
Together with your colleagues in design and project management, you will realize client wishes and make sure that deadlines are met and budgets not exceeded and projects are completed profitably
You will be responsible for project planning, project timelines, proposal preparation, costing and invoicing, as well as project documentation.
You will align with our own production and/or production partners to organize an in-time production of different activations, in-store installations and/or window campaigns
Planning and organizing logistics processes with an international dimension will be part of your daily tasks
As Senior Project Manager you are the contact person for our customers and support the development of the business relationship through targeted customer communication

WHO YOU ARE

A specific degree or background is not required to be a good Senior Project Manager, however several years of experience in Project Management is essential
Ideally you have work experience in an agency environment
A successful Senior Project Manager is able to delegate, but also has the responsibility to support the team in managing the workload
You should be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Your knowledge of MS, Excel and MAC is very good
You have a very responsible and reliable way of working
You are able to work under pressure, independently and bring a high degree of flexibility
