Job Description

Dun & Bradstreet helps clients make smarter decisions with global data and local expertise. The Junior Account Manager New Business role involves cold calling to find new business opportunities, working with win-back and cross-sales. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, upsell products, and work towards exceeding sales goals. The primary product offering includes AAA solutions. Success in this role requires high energy, persistence, a strong drive to grow, and a hunter mentality. A consultative approach to clients and a desire to learn about their businesses are essential. A university or YH education in business administration or sales is preferred. Fluency in Swedish and English is required. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office.

I rollen som junior Account Manger kommer du bland annat att;

    • Utföra cold calls och leta & vinna nya affärsmöjligheter. Du kommer även att jobba med win-back och cross-sales.
    • Bygga och upprätthålla starka kundrelationer och merförsälja över tid.
    • Arbeta mot tydliga försäljningsmål och jobba för att överträffa dem.
    • Din primära produkt att erbjuda är våra meritprodukter, som bland annat består utav vårt AAA erbjudande.

För att lyckas väl i denna roll tror vi att du;

    • Är hungrig och har ett eget högt driv.
    • Du har sannolikt någon slags arbetslivserfarenhet från försäljning, helst B2B försäljning och ser en framtid inom Säljyrket. Vi tror att denna roll inte kräver mer än ett par års erfarenhet för att du ska trivas och utvecklas på allra bästa sätt. Vi tror detta är ett bra första jobb inom Dun & Bradstreet och att du tillsammans med oss kan växa vidare i din karriär.
    • Har hög energi och uthållighet, och har en stark vilja att växa och utvecklas i rollen och på bolaget
    • Gillar proaktiv kundkontakt tävling och har en "hunter" mentalitet 
    • Du har en rådgivande approach till våra kunder och vilja och nyfikenhet att ständigt lära sig om deras verksamheter och utmaningar.
    • Proaktivt jobba tillsammans med dina kunder i att hitta och även uppgradera till bättre lösningar för dem.
    • Vi ser gärna att du har en universitetsutbildning i till exempel företagsekonomi, eller liknning, alt en YH utbildning med inriktning försäljning.
    • I denna roll behöver du ha mycket goda kunskaper i Svenska och Engelska i såväl tal som skrift.
    • Vi har en hybridlösning men du behöver vara ok med att jobba på kontoret 3 dagar i veckan.

New Office Location
Our office is currently located in Solna, however we are very excited to be moving to a beautiful new location in central Stockholm at the end of 2025. Our future address will be Fleminggatan 14 in Kungsholmen, just a short walk from Stockholm Central Station.
