Dun & Bradstreet is expanding its Communications team with two new Corporate Communications Associates to create high-impact content that advances business strategy and elevates market presence. This role focuses on external communications with some internal responsibilities, reporting to the head of External Communications. It offers a unique opportunity to engage team members, customers, media, and stakeholders, ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms. The associate will play a key role in executing communication strategy and driving meaningful impact, ideal for a creative, detail-oriented communicator with strong writing skills thriving in a fast-paced, learning-rich environment.
Must Have:
  • Assist in developing press materials, web content, and external communication materials.
  • Collaborate with PR agency for thought leadership articles and media placements.
  • Create compelling content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Manage social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor and measure communication strategies using analytics tools.
  • Create visually appealing graphics using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Design communication materials and presentations.
  • Follow company brand standards in all digital communications.
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications.
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and comfortable working independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other relevant tools.

This role will concentrate on external communications, with select internal responsibilities and will report to the head of External Communications.

Requirements:

External Communications

  • Assist in the development of press materials, web content and other external communication materials.
  • Collaborate with our PR agency to facilitate the development of thought leadership articles, media placements and other content.
  • Assist in creating compelling content for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and YouTube.
  • Assist in managing our social media presence, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
  • Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of messaging and communications strategies using analytics tools, reports and feedback.

Digital Communications

  • Using Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop, create visually appealing and effective graphics for various communication channels
  • Design communication materials, presentations and other graphics as needed.
  • Follow company brand standards in all digital communications.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or journalism
  • A strong writer, competent editor and an excellent communicator
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage last-minute changes
  • Self-motivated, good at taking initiative and comfortable working independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and takes pride in work
  • Willingness to pitch in and help teammates
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other relevant tools and platforms
