Publicis Re:Sources

Publicis Re:Sources is a shared services center for Publicis Groupe – the largest agency group in the world. We are the only organization in the industry that provides such comprehensive support, enabling agencies within the Group to grow and introduce innovations for their clients.

We were founded in 1998 as a small team serving several Publicis Groupe companies. Today, we have over 5,000 employees in 66 countries. We deal with finance, accounting, legal services, employee benefits, purchasing, taxes, real estate, IT, financial asset management, and risk management, among others.

Overview

• Cooperation with media houses and advertising agencies from various markets
• Correct and timely entry of invoices (cost invoices, corrective invoices, advance invoices, duplicate cost invoices) in accordance with applicable tax and accounting regulations and internal guidelines
• Preparation, verification, and processing of payments for supplier invoices, delegations, and other payments for group companies;
• Preparation of periodic and ongoing reports related to payments, liabilities, and cash flows;
• Posting bank statements and preparing allocations;
• Confirming balances on accounting accounts;
• Additional duties and projects designated by the supervisor

Responsibilities

• Higher education (preferred fields: accounting, economics)
• Knowledge of Romanian and English at B2/B2+ level
• Knowledge of basic accounting welcome
• Analytical skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Accuracy, attention to detail, independence, punctuality, conscientiousness
• Experience in a similar position welcome
