Overview

• Correct and timely issuance of invoices (sales invoices, sales corrections, advance invoices) in accordance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines
• Booking invoices and controlling the correctness of sales invoice bookings in the financial and accounting system
• Responsibility for completing invoicing documentation in accordance with agency guidelines for proper issuance and sending of invoices to the client
• Regular cooperation with internal agencies and other departments within the organization, handling client inquiries/problems and coordinating their timely resolution.
• Preparation of documentation for external and internal audit purposes.
• Preparation of other reports commissioned by the supervisor and required by agencies

Qualifications

• Higher education (preferred fields: accounting, economics)
• Communicative English language skills - min. B2 level
• Basic knowledge of accounting welcome
• Analytical skills
• Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Accuracy, attention to detail, independence, punctuality, conscientiousness
