Job Description
- Hold an M2 in tax law / DJCE and CAPA
- Have completed significant internships in corporate tax in law firms and/or within a tax department
- Be dynamic, autonomous, and enjoy teamwork

What you can expect from us:
You will join a team of about sixty lawyers in our Neuilly-sur-Seine office and will handle various cases in a stimulating and multidisciplinary environment.
Your missions will specifically be:
- You will participate in the management of tax files for French and international clients.
- You will be responsible for analyzing restructuring operations, managing and resolving tax risks.
- You will intervene in tax audit cases.
- You will conduct legal research and monitoring.
You will carry out your mission in conjunction with PwC network experts in France and internationally!
