As an Organizational Strategy Consultant at PwC, you will possess a broad understanding of all aspects of organizational strategy and provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients, assisting them in formulating and executing strategic plans to optimize organizational performance. In this role, you will analyze client needs, design organizational strategies, and provide tailored recommendations based on specific business requirements.

• Conduct in-depth research and analysis on clients' industries, market trends, and competitors.
• Collect and analyze data, identify opportunities and challenges.
• Provide specific recommendations and solutions to improve client performance.
• Write detailed analysis reports and proposals to present research findings and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired results.

• Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields.
• Possess more than 2 years of consulting work experience, fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Ability to work under high pressure and deliver results on time.
• Excellent teamwork spirit, able to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds and functions.
