As an Organizational Strategy Consultant, you will understand organizational strategy, providing comprehensive support to clients in formulating and executing strategic plans to optimize performance. This role involves analyzing client needs, designing strategies, and providing tailored recommendations.
Must Have:
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on client industries, market trends, and competitors.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide specific recommendations and solutions to improve client performance.
  • Write detailed analysis reports and proposals to present research findings and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and achieve desired results.
  • Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, finance, engineering, or related fields.
  • Have more than 2 years of consulting work experience.
  • Be fluent in English speaking and writing.
  • Ability to work under high pressure and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent teamwork spirit and ability to collaborate with diverse team members.
