Job Description

A field auditor in the NIV service is responsible for collecting data in self-service stores, convenience stores, and pharmacies. This involves collecting various variables such as prices, inventories, promotions, offers, displays, and photos of the categories and modules under study. The auditor must perform audits adhering to company procedures and policies, including scanning barcodes with a mobile device, visiting stores, capturing complete data for all items and variables, meeting programmed audit dates, and achieving established productivity goals of 1 or 2 stores per day.
Good To Have:
  • Desirable minimum education: Incomplete high school.
  • Desirable experience in sales, operational positions (warehouse worker, driver, cashier, etc.) and field work.
  • Desirable basic computer knowledge (Office suite).
  • Desirable basic knowledge in Android operating system.
Must Have:
  • Scan barcodes through a mobile handheld device.
  • Visit self-service stores.

Job Description

1. Scan barcodes through a mobile handheld device.

2. Visit self-service stores.

3. Perform complete capture of all items and variables of prices, inventory, promotions, questions, photos, etc., for the categories / modules in study, as requested.

4. Comply with audit dates on programmed days.

5. Comply with established productivity of 1 or 2 stores per day according to service needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum education – Desirable from incomplete high school
  • Desirable Experience – Sales, operational positions (warehouse worker, driver, cashier, etc.) and field work.
  • Desirable Basic computer knowledge (Office suite)
  • Desirable Basic knowledge in Android operating system
  • Availability to travel

  • Numerical ability (capacity to perform basic operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).

  • Living area: Depends on the required location
  • Current working hours: Tuesday to Sunday 8:30 to 18 hrs
