Job Description
- Personal and operational guest support in the Allianz Arena, e.g., at FC Bayern home games, concerts, NFL & side events
- Coordination and leadership of permanent and temporary staff – from deployment planning to motivating the team on site.
- Ensuring smooth operations in the catering area, including logistics, setup, and service quality.
- Analysis and optimization of processes, as well as preparation and follow-up of events
- International deployment opportunities for special events or projects.
Qualifications
- Completed training in the hotel industry, gastronomy, or event management, e.g.: hotel specialist, restaurant specialist, gastronomy specialist (focus event gastronomy), event manager or a completed degree in tourism and event management
- Experience in the event or catering industry (e.g., through internships or part-time jobs)
- Organizational skills and hands-on mentality – you keep an overview even in stressful situations
- Leadership skills and experience in dealing with temporary staff
- High service orientation and passion for events and gastronomy
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Good German and English language skills
- International travel readiness for special events
