Job Description

This full-time Sales Associate position at Structube involves advising customers on furniture and accessories, managing after-sales follow-up for deliveries and inquiries, participating in inventory and goods reception, ensuring store cleanliness and product display, and performing other related duties. Candidates should have retail experience, strong listening and advisory skills, a collaborative spirit, enthusiasm for interior design, and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs.
Must have:
  • Advise customers by promoting our furniture and accessories
  • Ensure after-sales follow-up in order to track deliveries and answer customer questions
  • Participate in inventory management and reception of goods
  • Ensure that furniture and accessories are highlighted and that the store is clean
  • Experience in retail
  • Demonstrate a sense of listening and the ability to offer advice
  • Strong spirit of collaboration, enthusiasm and interest in interior design
  • Ability to move or lift loads up to 65 lbs (30 kg)

Job Description
