VOSKER is looking for a Lead, Web Marketing & Conversion Optimization. You will be responsible for the overall performance of our digital properties (Canada, United States, Europe) and their continuous evolution to support business objectives, working closely with traffic acquisition, brand, and IT teams, while leading the web team.
Must have:
  • Develop and execute a CRO/UX roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize based on KPIs: conversion rate, average basket, loading time
  • Provide monthly and weekly reports with insights to improve performance
  • Supervise the web team and contribute to talent recruitment and evaluation
  • Implement conversion optimization (CRO) strategies for our global sites
  • Deploy and automate tests (A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.)
  • Improve UI/UX of our sites, especially for the security division
  • Collaborate with the traffic acquisition team to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize structural developments
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards, in collaboration with Brand teams
  • University degree in marketing
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in web optimization or e-commerce (client or agency)
  • Practical experience in A/B testing, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, heatmap tools
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Autonomous, fast, analytical, and not afraid to put in the effort to get projects done
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, enjoys a dynamic environment, and delivers quickly without compromising quality

  • Knowledge or experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

As Lead, Web Marketing & Conversion Optimization, you are responsible for the overall performance of our digital properties (Canada, United States, Europe) and their continuous evolution to support business objectives.

You work in close collaboration with the traffic acquisition, brand, and IT teams, while leading the web team (front-end integrator, e-commerce specialist, etc.). Your objective: maximize the conversion rate, improve user experience, and grow sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a CRO/UX roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Measure, analyze, and optimize based on KPIs: conversion rate, average basket, loading time... Provide monthly and weekly reports with insights to improve our performance.
  • Supervise the web team and contribute to talent recruitment and evaluation
  • Implement conversion optimization (CRO) strategies for our sites worldwide
  • Deploy and automate tests (A/B testing, heatmaps, etc.)
  • Improve the UI/UX of our sites, especially for the security division
  • Collaborate with the traffic acquisition team to maximize performance
  • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize structural developments
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards, in collaboration with Brand teams.

Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing
  • Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in web optimization or e-commerce (client or agency)
  • Practical experience in A/B testing, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, heatmap tools
  • Asset: knowledge or experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Bilingual French/English (may need to communicate outside the province)
  • You are autonomous, fast, analytical, and you are not afraid to put in the effort to get projects done
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, you like things to move quickly, and you deliver fast, without compromising on quality.
