VOKI Games is a mobile game development studio seeking a Junior Game Analyst to join their team. The role involves analyzing match-3 levels, optimizing core gameplay metrics, generating reports, and maintaining data integrity. The ideal candidate has a strong mathematical background, experience with data analysis, SQL, and Tableau, and a passion for casual games. Must Have:
- Analyze match-3 levels, working with balance and difficulty curve, improving core gameplay metrics
- Generate reports, optimize tables, and prepare scripts
- Maintain documentation on analysis tools and approaches
- Control the integrity and validity of all collected game data
- Work with data exports and conduct regular dashboard monitoring
- Prepare analyses for product requests (formulate planned values based on metrics, search for patterns and dependencies)
- Review analyses conducted by Level Designers
- Actively communicate with stakeholders (Game Producer, Game Designer, Level Designer)
