Must Have

• Experience working on gamedev projects (3+ years)
• Experience working with product teams
• Ready to take responsibility for results
• Able to prioritize correctly
• Understands game development fundamentals and can delve into technical solutions
• Able to understand related areas and involve necessary specialists
• Experience in setting up effective interaction, evaluation, and employee development processes
• Able to lead and moderate meetings
• Setting and controlling task execution
• Long-term planning and risk management
• Describing and establishing processes within the team
• Coordination and communication with other teams
