Job Summary
Stardock is seeking a Junior IT Analyst to support their computer systems and network infrastructure at their Plymouth, Michigan office. This full-time position involves assisting with daily office operations, provisioning new desktops, troubleshooting user issues, maintaining network security, documenting systems, and managing various IT components like servers, printers, and network devices. The role also includes participating in an on-call rotation and supporting virtualized environments.
Must Have
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Plymouth, MI office.
- Support the provisioning and installation of new desktop computers.
- Help troubleshoot basic problems reported by users.
- Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for handling server issues.
- Assist in maintaining network and system security.
- Document system configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Maintain an Asset Inventory system.
- Support the administration of Active Directory.
- Assist in managing servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches.
- Support LANs, VPNs, Internet, and intranet systems.
- Help manage a virtualized server infrastructure using VMWare.
- 1-2 years IT support experience.

- Efficiently interact with all users at various skill levels.
- Communicate effectively both in written and verbal exchanges.

The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, depending on your qualifications, experience, and expertise. A competitive compensation package is offered.
