Junior IT Specialist

Join Gameloft in Sofia as a Junior IT Specialist. This entry-level role offers an exciting challenge to work with a group of bold and talented people. Your primary mission will be to prepare and support the technical equipment in the studio, ensuring regular software updates, and maintaining IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for setting up new user equipment, troubleshooting hardware, resolving network problems, and managing IT databases to ensure seamless technical operations for the team.

Must Have

• Setup new users – preparing computers, equipment and software
• Replacement of the current computers and reinstall their current software with newer version (OS and Antivirus program updates)
• Monitoring the machines at the office for power and network loss
• Hardware troubleshooting and replacement of the compromised parts
• General support for other peripheral hardware devices at the office – printers, servers, UPS, etc.
• Solving network specific problems
• Maintaining all current IT databases and properly adding the new hardware
• Resolving any non-specific IT issues
