Job Summary
Execute and maintain operational instructions for generating service information under direct and permanent supervision. Responsibilities include daily scheduled activities, reporting production errors, maintaining activity logs, item categorization, quality review of information before delivery, reviewing client queries, and data and information analysis (report generation).

About you
Highly motivated, self-directed, proactive and possesses an impulsive personality capable of working within tight deadlines. Resourceful, inquisitive and enthusiastic about new technologies. Generates ideas for improvement, doing things differently, passionate about being part of a high-performance team and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Completed technical career or full or in-progress bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, engineering and computer science fields.
- Minimum 6 months experience: Data and information analysis.
- Basic-Intermediate English
- Office proficiency (Intermediate - Advanced Excel).
- Basic programming knowledge (desirable).
