Junior Operations Analyst

Execute and maintain operational instructions for generating service information under direct and permanent supervision. Responsibilities include daily scheduled activities, reporting production errors, maintaining activity logs, item categorization, quality review of information before delivery, reviewing client queries, and data and information analysis (report generation).

Must Have

• Completed technical career or full/in-progress bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, engineering, or computer science fields

Requirements

• Completed technical career or full or in-progress bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, engineering and computer science fields.
• Minimum 6 months experience: Data and information analysis.
• Basic-Intermediate English
• Office proficiency (Intermediate - Advanced Excel).
• Basic programming knowledge (desirable).
