Online Sanitation - Belgravia - PL57 Dept 354 - NIGHTS

Foster Farms, a family-owned poultry company since 1939, is seeking an Online Sanitation Team Member for night shifts in Fresno, CA. This full-time role involves maintaining cleanliness in the facility, including rinsing and cleaning floors, handling condemned products, and operating trash compactors. The position requires physical stamina, the ability to work independently, and adherence to safety protocols, with a pay rate of $16.80 per hour plus shift differentials.

Must Have

• Rinse floor with high pressured hose
• Clean floor with squeegee
• Pick up condemned product from the floor with shovel and put it in condemned barrel
• Pick up full trash cans and dump into trash compactor
• Operate trash compactor
• Able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/metal grate ergo stands or on the floor
• Able to work with minimal supervision
• Follow all safety rules and procedures
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Description

Pay Rate: $16.80 per hour

Shift Hours: 10:00pm-6:00am + OT

(Additional $.20 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

• Rinse floor with high pressured hose

• Pick up condemned product from the floor with shovel and put it in condemned barrel
• Pick up full trash cans and dump into trash compactor
• Operate trash compactor
• Additional functions include other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete/metal grate ergo stands or on the floor.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must follow all safety rules and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
