Job Description

This position is a customer-oriented role supporting the management of insurance benefits, focusing on the operational side of benefits for global clients. Key activities include serving as a contact for clients, including processing inquiries and creating status and result presentations. Daily management of the operational side of insurable benefits (e.g., health insurance, life insurance, income protection or pension) of the customer, team communication and close coordination with the Account Manager, for example regarding local renewal processes, support for the implementation of new benefits and/or broker changes, ensuring that the most important activities are completed on time and with high-quality data in our systems, ensuring that local brokers adhere to the "Rules of the Road", providing renewal instructions / creating project schedules, peer review and submission of results to the customer, collecting data and KPIs from local brokers, creating presentations, improving operational processes to make them more efficient.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business administration, psychology, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
Good to have:
  • Experience in HR or benefits is an advantage
  • Affinity for data processing and analysis
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Possibly knowledge of project management
  • Ability to coordinate and present large data volumes clearly
  • Confident appearance and customer orientation
  • Teamwork and enjoyment of working in an international team

Junior Project Manager / Global Benefits Consultant*

Diese Stelle ist eine kundenorientierte Position, die das Management von Versicherungsleistungen unterstützt und sich auf die operative Seite der Benefits für globale Kunden konzentriert.

Zu den Haupttätigkeiten gehören:

  • Ansprechpartner für Kund:innen inkl. Bearbeitung von Anfragen sowie der Erstellung von Status- und Ergebnispräsentationen

  • Tägliches Management der operativen Seite der versicherbaren Benefits (z. B. Krankenversicherung, Lebensversicherung, Einkommensschutz oder Rente) des Kunden

  • Teamkommunikation und enge Abstimmung mit dem Account  Manager zum Beispiel bezüglich lokaler Renewal Prozesse

  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von neuen Benefits und/oder Makler Wechsel

  • Sicherstellung, dass die wichtigsten Aktivitäten rechtzeitig und mit qualitativ hochwertigen Daten in unseren Systemen abgeschlossen werden.

  • Sicherstellung, dass die lokalen Makler sich an die "Rules of the Road" halten

  • Bereitstellung von Verlängerungsanweisungen / Erstellung von Projektzeitplänen

  • Peer Review und Übermittlung der Ergebnisse an den Kunden

  • Sammeln von Daten und KPIs von lokalen Maklern

  • Erstellung von Präsentationen

  • Verbesserung der betrieblichen Abläufe, um sie effizienter zu gestalten

Das macht Dich aus:  

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (BWL, Psychologie, Kommunikation, Personalmanagement, usw.)

  • Starke Kommunikationskompetenz und gewandte Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch (mündlich und schriftlich) sowie Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil

  • Erste Berufserfahrung oder relevante Praktika im Bereich HR oder Benefits sind von Vorteil

  • Affinität für die technische Aufbereitung, Verarbeitung und Auswertung von Daten

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

  • Eventuell Kenntnisse im Projekt Management

  • Fähigkeit, große Datenvolumen zu koordinieren und verständlich und strukturiert aufzubereiten

  • Souveränes Auftreten und Kundenorientierung

  • Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit in einem internationalen Team
