Job Summary

We’re looking for a Junior UX Designer to join our team, reporting to the Director of Product Design. In this role, you’ll help craft intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web platforms that simplify complex financial tasks and workflows. You’ll collaborate with other designers, product managers, and developers to translate user insights into functional and visually appealing interfaces that meet both business and customer needs. You’ll fit right in if you’re creative, collaborative, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.

Must Have

  • Produce wireframes, prototypes, interaction designs and user flows using Figma.
  • Conduct and analyze research to gain user insight and incorporate this feedback into designs.
  • Collaborate with design, product and development teams to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.
  • Track and deliver assigned tasks using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Contribute to building and evolving tools, processes, standards and design frameworks to continuously improve our UX craft.
  • Degree in Human Computer Interaction or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years in a user experience design role.
  • Knowledge of design fundamentals including information design, visual design, industry UI standards for desktop, web-based and mobile applications, and usability best practices.
  • Great communicator who works well in collaborative, global environments.
  • Comfortable with tools like Figma, Salesforce, Jira.

Good to Have

  • Design or user experience-related certification, like Certified Usability Analyst (CUA) or a UX Certification from NN/g.
  • Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with working across global teams and cultures.

This position will be located in and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
