Job Summary
As a US Wealth Index Specialist, you will drive the distribution strategy for Nasdaq Indexes, focusing on engagement with Investment Product issuer partners and their wholesalers. Your role involves building and maintaining relationships, supporting the commercialization of Nasdaq Index ETFs, and acting as a subject matter expert. You will present on Nasdaq Indexes, coordinate with colleagues, differentiate Nasdaq's offerings, and gather client feedback to enhance satisfaction and amplify Nasdaq Indexes' message within the wealth management industry.
Must Have
- Establish and nurture relationships with Nasdaq Index ETF issuer partner wholesalers.
- Support commercialization efforts for Nasdaq Index related ETFs.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Nasdaq Indexes.
- Present on Nasdaq Indexes for group meetings and Zoom office hours.
- Coordinate with Index colleagues on joint presentations.
- Position and differentiate Nasdaq Indexes against competitors.
- Enable wealth management feedback on new index concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related business field.
- Ten years of related business experience.
- Detailed understanding of investment product offerings (ETFs, annuities, insurance).
- Knowledge of the financial advisor landscape and capital markets.
- Extensive sales background.
- Highly developed relationship management skills.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail to document activities.
- Ability to collaborate with partners and provide cohesive messaging.
- Ability to Travel 50-75%.

Job Description
As a US Wealth Index Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our distribution strategy to maximize engagement with Nasdaq Indexes’ Investment Product issuer partners and their wholesalers. You will be responsible for proactively establishing and maintaining business relationships with Nasdaq Index ETF issuer partner wholesalers to support the commercialization efforts of their Nasdaq Index related ETFs.
Your role will be pivotal in relationship development, strengthening overall client satisfaction, and amplifying the message of the Nasdaq Indexes. You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your passion for the wealth management industry, providing support to our clients and their advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with Nasdaq Index ETF issuer partner wholesalers as an Index expert.
- Focus on how we can best support and collaborate for growth of existing partnered investment products or new product launches with financial advisors.
- Become a SME to be able to present on the Nasdaq Indexes
- Act as speaker for Group Meeting Presentations, and Zoom Office Hours
- Coordinate and partner with colleagues across Index on joint presentations
- Position and differentiate Nasdaq Indexes against competitors.
- Enabling voice of client (i.e. wealth management) feedback on new index concepts being scoped that would ultimately serve those audiences
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related business field.
- Ten years of related business experience.
- Has a detailed understanding of investment product offerings (ETFs, annuities, insurance), the financial advisor landscape and good capital markets knowledge
- Extensive background in sales
- Highly developed relationship management skills.
- Advanced presentation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail to document activities.
- Ability to collaborate with partners, and to provide cohesive messaging.
