As a Product Management Analyst, you will support the Nasdaq Datalink team in enhancing web experience and delivering high-quality data solutions. Job Description

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Management Analyst to join our team, reporting to Product Management Director. In this role, you’ll help shape how we manage Nasdaq Datalink to deliver high-quality data solutions and exceptional client experiences.

You’ll fit right in if you’re driven, love working across teams and time zones, and get energy from tackling challenges that make an impact on a global scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in enhancing the Nasdaq Data Link web experience by supporting design updates, documenting features, coordinating with teams, performing quality checks, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support the product vision and roadmap by contributing research and documentation under guidance from senior product managers.
  • Help prepare materials to communicate product strategy to stakeholders and participate in discussions as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to collect requirements and support execution of product initiatives.
  • Contribute to best practices by maintaining documentation and supporting smooth communication between product and development teams.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Interest in Market Data and related areas (Proprietary, Index, Fund, Alternative, and Partner data) with a willingness to learn.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to interpret customer needs and help translate them into actionable requirements under guidance.
  • Collaborative communicator who works well with diverse stakeholders and contributes clearly to discussions.
  • Organized and dependable, able to manage tasks effectively and support projects to meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to core product management principles, with an interest in building solutions that deliver customer value.
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and enthusiasm for learning iterative product development practices; familiarity with tools like Jira is a plus
  • Technical curiosity and domain awareness, with some familiarity in software development or financial services.

This position offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change), providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
