Junior WordPress Developer (Contract Basis)

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled junior WordPress Developer to join our Calicut office on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites and ensuring optimal performance, responsiveness, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to implement pixel-perfect, responsive designs
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to WordPress sites
• Optimize website performance, load time, and ensure cross-browser compatibility
• Perform regular updates and security checks on WordPress sites
• Maintain clean, well-documented, and reusable code according to best practices

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin creation
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and front-end technologies
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite at Calicut office for the contract duration

Location: Calicut Office

Contract Duration: 3 to 6 months
