Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services company, is seeking a KAM - TL/Assistant Manager in Mumbai. This role involves maximizing monetization by building a client base, acting as Paytm's ambassador for cross-sell opportunities, and developing long-term business plans. Key responsibilities include acquiring new merchants, fostering preferred partnerships with top brands, managing client accounts, scaling revenue pipelines, and formulating innovative advertising packages to drive rapid business expansion.
Must have:
  • Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need.
  • Act as Paytm’s ambassador in the market for cross-sell opportunities at existing Payment merchants.
  • Responsible for shaping a long-term business plan for clients to ensure Paytm is the preferred destination for running ads and deals.
  • Strategize towards securing a steady base by acquiring long-term commitments from clients.
  • Acquire new merchants for cross-sell end-to-end with minimum supervision.
  • Develop preferred partnerships with top large corporates and brands through fact-finding on brands and marketing plans.
  • Ensure smooth execution of deals and provide accurate information and feedback for past campaigns.
  • Perform in-depth account management by client servicing through customized properties/deals and digital brand solutions for critical launches.
  • Build, manage, and scale a revenue pipeline with clients and maintain a threshold of Ad Sales revenue monthly.
  • Develop long-term business associations with clients through account development.
  • Formulate and implement innovative Advertising packages that maximize revenue opportunities with brands to rapidly expand the business.
  • Drive results in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment with a creative style.
  • Maintain a good sales pipeline for the quarter, highlighting roadblocks early on for alternate reviews.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maximizing monetization opportunities by creating and building the client base and constantly creating a digital brand need.
  • Incumbent will be Paytm’s ambassador in the market for the cross sell opportunities at existing Payment merchant and will be responsible for shaping up a long-term business plan for the client to ensure Paytm as the preferred destination for running ads and deals.
