This role focuses on leading platform merchandising and communication to improve user conversion. Key responsibilities include analyzing data, business, and market trends to recommend new sales strategies, assisting in customer acquisition via digital marketing, driving new product development projects, and closely monitoring sales performance against budget.

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role

  • Experience in working in e-commerce Knowledge of Google Ads is a must
  • Well versed with Microsoft Office, Google Analytics
  • 1-3 years of Experience in category planning/merchandising/digital marketing
  • Hands Experience with User Acquisition and Revenue generation through Paid Digital Marketing channels like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Experience with the creation and execution of CLM Programs
