Job Summary
Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services company, seeks a Key Account Manager for its Oil & Gas division in Goa. The role involves managing programs for clients and brands, focusing on accelerating core growth metrics in sales and distribution. The individual will guide a working group, monitor team members, and ensure efficient resource utilization. Responsibilities include developing business strategies, managing sales teams, hiring and building new teams, defining sales structures, coordinating training programs, managing customer expectations, and improving sales processes. The job also involves educating merchants on the benefits of swipe machines (EDC) and managing their accounts, requiring exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to execute sales strategies effectively.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in Distribution sales in fintech, Banking/ Sales, EDC Sales.
- Develop plans and strategies for business development and sales goals.
- Manage sales teams and resources for growth.
- Manage customer expectations and satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to aggressively manage sales strategy execution.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.
- Strong understanding of local language.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Good to Have
- MBA preferred.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
