Mattel is seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager for a fixed-term contract, possessing excellent analytical and negotiation skills. The role involves being the primary contact for assigned key accounts, primarily in the GSA sector, with the objective of developing and optimizing results. Responsibilities include deep client understanding, managing client files, establishing trust with purchasing central contacts, conducting market analysis, identifying growth opportunities, achieving sales objectives, rigorously monitoring KPIs, leading commercial negotiations, building lasting partnerships, verifying counterpart execution, designing and deploying corrective action plans for performance deviations, mobilizing internal resources, managing account budgets (general expenses and promotional investments), and ensuring cost efficiency while maximizing results.

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Compte Clé en CDD, orienté(e) résultats et doté(e) d'une excellente capacité d'analyse et de négociation pour intégrer notre équipe commerciale.  

Vous serez l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des comptes clients assignés, majoritairement de la GSA, avec pour mission de développer et d’optimiser les résultats. Vous êtes basé(e) à Paris ou proche Paris. 

 

Responsabilités principales : 

1. Bonne compréhension du client et gestion des dossiers : 

  • Développer une connaissance approfondie des comptes clients et gérer l’ensemble des dossiers associés. 
  • Établir et entretenir une relation de confiance avec les interlocuteurs en centrale d'achat. 

 

2.Analyse de marché et suivi des performances : 

  • Réaliser des analyses sur la performance des enseignes du portefeuille. 
  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance, les leviers d'action prioritaires. 

 

3. Atteinte des objectifs et suivi des KPIs : 

  • Assurer la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux  
  • Mettre en place un suivi rigoureux des KPIs  

4. Négociations en Centrale: 

  • Piloter les négociations commerciales avec les centrales d’achat. 
  • Établir des relations partenariales durables. 
  • Vérification régulière de l’exécution des contreparties. 

 

5. Mise en œuvre de plans d’actions correctifs : 

  • Concevoir et déployer des plans d’actions correctifs en cas d’écarts de performances. 
  • Mobiliser les ressources internes pour la mise en œuvre des actions nécessaires. 

 

6. Maîtrise des dépenses : 

  • Gérer les budgets relatifs à l’activité des comptes : dépenses générales et investissements promotionnels. 
  • Assurer une maîtrise efficace des coûts tout en maximisant les résultats

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Aptitudes à la vente et à la négociation, de préférence acquises dans une entreprise internationale à forte saisonnalité.  

  • Capacité d’analyse et orienté résultats 

  • Capacité à promouvoir la collaboration, l’innovation et l’exécution 

  • Capacité à créer un travail d'équipe fructueux et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique avec des échéances 

  • Aisance dans la connexion avec les différents départements et parties prenantes pour aller saisir toutes les opportunités (acheteurs, marketing, trade marketing). 

  • Bonne capacité d'influence, de communication, esprit hautement compétitif et orientation client. 

  • Proactivité et esprit positif et innovant et capacité à challenger le status quo  

  • Excellents relationnel et communication  

  • Français et Anglais courant.  

  • Excellentes compétences bureautiques, notamment Excel.   

Expériences  

  • 4 ans d’expérience 

  • Expérience au sein d’un département commercial ou dans la distribution (acheteur) 

  • Expérience Commerciale/Marketing idéalement dans un environnement international et sur des marché s concurrentiels à forte saisonnalité

  • Diplôme universitaire en économie, en administration des affaires, grandes écoles supérieures ou dans un domaine apparenté (Bac+4/+5)
