This Marketing Assistant position at Unilever's Food business unit supports the marketing team in executing brand plans, digital campaigns, and activations. The role is crucial for developing and tracking innovation projects to strengthen Knorr's value proposition in Argentina, ensuring correct implementation of communication and innovation strategies, and contributing to business growth.

Must Have

  • Provide comprehensive support to the marketing team in executing brand plans, digital campaigns, and activations.
  • Actively participate in the development and tracking of innovation and portfolio development projects.
  • Ensure correct coordination between internal areas and suppliers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Support the execution of integrated communication campaigns (digital and offline) to strengthen Knorr's positioning.
  • Ensure monitoring of KPIs, performance analysis, market opportunities, and report generation for data-driven decisions.
  • Coordinate administrative and budgetary tasks to ensure correct execution of projects and campaigns.
  • Support in the planning, coordination, and execution of communication campaigns (digital and offline), including point-of-sale activations.
  • Collaborate in the management of innovative projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines and coordination with internal areas and suppliers.
  • Analyze brand performance, launches, category, consumer changes, and competitive landscape.
  • Manage administrative tasks: creation of purchase orders, budget tracking, and coordination with Finance.
  • Support daily management with creative agencies, design agencies, and suppliers.
  • Background in Marketing, Communication, Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of previous experience in marketing areas, preferably in mass consumption.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and social media.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • English proficiency for interaction with global teams, agencies, and international partners.
  • Proactivity and results orientation.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to dynamic environments.

We are looking for an assistant for the Marketing area in our Food business unit.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Provide comprehensive support to the marketing team in the execution of brand plans, digital campaigns and activations, as well as in the development and monitoring of innovation projects that strengthen Knorr's value proposition in Argentina. This role is key to ensuring the correct implementation of the communication and innovation strategy and contributing to business growth.

THE MAIN OBJECTIVES WILL BE:

  • Manage Innovation projects: actively participate in the development and monitoring of innovation and portfolio development projects, ensuring correct coordination between internal areas and suppliers to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Strengthen Brand Communication: Support the execution of integrated communication campaigns (digital and offline) that reinforce Knorr's positioning and generate engagement with consumers.
  • Optimize processes and results: Ensure monitoring of KPIs, performance analysis, market opportunities and generation of reports that allow data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure operational excellence: Coordinate administrative and budgetary tasks to ensure the correct execution of projects and campaigns.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Campaign and activation management: support in the planning, coordination and execution of communication campaigns (digital and offline), including point-of-sale activations and brand experiences.
  • Development and monitoring of innovation projects: Collaborate in the management of innovative projects for the brand, ensuring compliance with deadlines, coordination with internal areas and suppliers, consumer validations and monitoring of key dates and instances.
  • Analysis and monitoring: of brand performance, launches, category, changes in consumer and competitive scenario of the country. Analysis of KPIs and recommendations for optimization.
  • Administrative management: creation of purchase orders, budget tracking and coordination with Finance for correct expense allocation.
  • Relationship with agencies and suppliers: support in daily management with creative agencies, design agencies and suppliers, ensuring timely deliverables.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THE VACANCY?

  • Background in Marketing, Communication, Administration or related fields.
  • Previous experience (minimum 1 year) in marketing areas, preferably in mass consumption.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and social media.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Project Management (desirable)
  • English proficiency for interaction with global teams, agencies and international partners.
