Must Have

- Intermediate-advanced English.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Development of AN3 clients with the correct implementation of the category strategy. Develop and execute commercial plans for routes in the distribution channel and opening of routes in White spaces with the objective of achieving growth by BU in terms of Sell-in, Sell-out, Numeric Distribution, and Profitability, developing strategies according to market needs and category objectives. Negotiation with clients of the strategy per BU to achieve growth objectives. Identify client needs in the route segment and micro-region areas for joint development with the categories of plans for objective coverage.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management and use of Data analytics to convert client and market needs into opportunities and actions by BU.
- Implementation of each category's strategy to achieve growth in SO and in numeric distribution of category priorities.
- Monitoring of the Annual Growth Plan, identifying areas of opportunity by category to achieve annual objectives.
- Monitoring of the Portfolio Process to achieve the monthly overdue objective.
- Identify Full Pack plan of priorities, participating jointly with CSP in defining the strategy for execution with the client.
- Training of the sales force and follow-up through weekly visits to branches for correct plan execution.
- Execution of the maximum mix to ensure greater profitability of the BPDs channel.
- Management of self-service planograms to implement in mini-super clients.
- Management of promoters to ensure execution in mini-supers.
- Management of Power BI to perform SO diagnostics and identify areas of opportunity by category.
- Visit each client's CEDIS to ensure correct communication of strategy and plans by category.
- Monthly follow-up of the client's P&L to identify opportunities and define an improvement action plan.
- Opening of new routes in White spaces based on micro-region analysis.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THE VACANCY?
Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, commercial, CSP, and RTM.
- Professional career in Marketing, Sales, International Business, or Administration.
- Experience in traditional channel and distributors.
- Management of distributors and road to market -- account administration.
- Knowledge in finance.
- Market development skills.
- Negotiation skills, team leadership.
- Knowledge in the FMCG industry (fast-moving consumer goods); conflict management and ability for extensive networking.
Skills:
- Excel management (Pivot Tables and Databases management).
- PBI, Power Point.
- Intermediate-advanced English.
