Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and passionate Laser Technician for our location in Fayetteville to perform all functions relating to the operation of the laser.

This position is located in Fayetteville, TN

1st shift $19 per hour

THE DAY TO DAY…

• Load steel into laser stocking tower, unload finished parts and skeletons from laser, and correct errors during cutting
• Diagnose and correct cutting conditions
• Communicate effectively with laser staff, manufacturing engineering and maintenance to diagnose and correct problems with laser
• Operate PC, controllers on stacker and lasers. Read and have basic understanding of programming language to identify problems with the program
• Check quality and perform general maintenance on equipment and workstation ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Performs other duties as assigned by management

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous laser experience a plus but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Required to lift up to 35 pounds at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
