The role involves setting up, sustaining, and managing the Latin America P2P business, including local operations, product localization, and regulatory matters. Responsibilities include gathering user and community feedback, optimizing service offerings, exploring partnerships with local P2P entities and crypto communities, designing go-to-market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, and maintaining relationships with regulators, banks, and payment partners. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of LATAM communities and the crypto space.
Must have:
- 6+ years in BD or Business Growth role
- Experience in blockchain/crypto, finance, or banking in LATAM
- Deep understanding of LATAM crypto space
- Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities
- Set-up, sustain and manage the Latin America P2P business, P2P local operations, product localisation and facilitate on regulatory matters
- Collect local users, communities feedbacks and competitors' insights to optimize our service offering
- Explore collaboration opportunities with local P2P partners, blockchain/crypto communities, associations to expand P2P awareness in LATAM market
- Exploring more P2P related partnership
- Design and implement go to market strategies to boost P2P volume growth, facilitate content building and promotion strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators, banks and payment partners
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations to provide strategic advice
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven success in a similar role within BD or Business Growth role at blockchain/crypto company, financial institution or bank LATAM
- Deep understanding of local communities and crypto space in LATAM
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
