Job Summary
OKX is a leading digital asset trading platform, offering advanced financial services globally. This role involves creating, developing, and implementing training programs for specialists and conducting quality audits to maintain high standards. The specialist will also act as a Subject Matter Expert, addressing inquiries from operations specialists. Key responsibilities include outlining and assessing QA frameworks, establishing QA assessment channels and qualifying criteria, conducting root cause analysis of quality issues, developing standards for quality monitoring data, defining quality standards for consistency, initiating calibration sessions, developing and maintaining quality documentation, and participating in projects. Learning & Development responsibilities include developing new-hire content, conducting onboarding training, collaborating with stakeholders on training needs analysis, developing business-partnering roles for training progress reports, developing various L&D channels, leading assessment module development, proactively addressing L&D issues, and managing projects.
Must Have

Job Description
Who we are
- Outline the existing QA frameworks and policies for the Legal Response team and assess the relevancy of the existing practices and any improvements needed to be introduced.
- Establish proper channels for QA assessments as well as the qualifying criteria that reflects the business needs in ensuring we maintain high standards in our dealings with external parties.
- Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and complaints in line with our Company's standards to identify systemic problems and develop action plans for improvement.
- Develop standards to analyze quality monitoring data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement, and provide recommendations for training and process enhancements.
- Define quality standards to ensure consistency/fairness and continue to refine training materials where necessary.
- Initiate calibration sessions within the operations and trainings to clarify processes.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation and processes including quality nuances/scorecards, quality assurance departmental SOP, and other quality-related materials.
- Manage or participate in specific projects which may arise from time to time.
- Develop and maintain new-hire content and conduct on-boarding training.
- Collaborate in developing with internal and external stakeholders for training-need-analysis (TnA) exercises, ongoing training recommendations based on product / process knowledge test (PKT) results for existing employees as well as for newly onboarded employees.
- Develop a business-partnering role with internal stakeholders on the training progress reports and any intervention initiatives needed for performance improvement.
- Develop several Learning & Development channels methodology such as e-learning, classroom training, mentorship / job shadowing, immersive induction and any other channels to reflect based on global industry best-practices standards.
- Lead the development of assessment modules, frequency, content as well as corrective follow up initiatives for under-performers.
- Take a proactive role in addressing any potential key issues in learning & development topics such as under-performance corrective intervention, module development, industry knowledge updates and any other topics surrounding the L&D and quality assurance of the LE Response team.
- Manage or participate in specific projects which may arise from time to time.
- A degree in law / compliance / a related field which demonstrates critical thinking.
- Experience in Training or Quality Assurance role preferably in a related role.
- Proficiency in English plus at least one additional EU language (spoken and written).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

- You either are already or are eager to become an expert in the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape and will understand how speculators, traders, digital asset exchanges, blockchain money services businesses, and financial institutions operate
