Job Description

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM. This role involves working closely with manufacturing industry customers as a business/technical advisor, collaborating with sales, product specialists, professional services, and partners to propose Salesforce solutions. Key responsibilities include developing solutions for customer business challenges, planning future business transformation and systemization, creating and demonstrating solution demos, and preparing proposals focused on solution design and implementation plans. The role also supports marketing activities through creating sales materials, speaking at seminars, and conducting demonstrations.
Good To Have:
  • Knowledge of multiple Salesforce products (e.g., Manufacturing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Tableau, Slack, MuleSoft, Data Cloud).
  • Experience with enterprise accounts.
  • Track record of delivering sales presentations to executives.
  • Successful experience in pre-sales, marketing, project management, or consulting roles.
  • Experience/qualifications as an enterprise architect.
Must Have:
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution proposal, project management, or consulting at a consulting firm, system integrator, or software company.
  • Experience in solution proposals and project delivery to manufacturing industry customers.
  • Ability to combine technical knowledge and industry understanding to create optimal proposals for customers.
  • Architectural review skills to make proposed solutions feasible.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Logical analysis and problem-solving ability.
  • Goal-oriented thinking.
  • Leadership and influence to promote team collaboration.
  • Fluent Japanese and business-level English.

Department Description

Through close communication with customers in the manufacturing industry, gain trust as a business/technical advisor, and collaborate with sales, product specialists, professional services, and partners to propose Salesforce solutions.

Role Description

1. Solution proposal activities targeting manufacturing industry customers

  • Formulation of solutions for customer business challenges and needs, and support for planning business transformation and systemization with a future perspective.
  • Creation and execution of solution demos as a concrete image of solutions for key challenges.
  • Preparation of proposals centered on solution design and implementation plans.

2. Creation of various sales materials

  • Leveraging expertise gained from proposal activities to create industry-specific solution maps, industry-specific demos, and proposal templates.

3. Support for marketing activities through speaking at seminars & events and conducting demonstrations.

Basic requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, solution proposal, project management, or consulting at a consulting firm, system integrator, or software company.
  • Experience in solution proposals and project delivery to manufacturing industry customers.
  • Ability to combine technical knowledge and industry understanding to create optimal proposals for customers.
