As an ISC Engineering Lead for Mobile Surgery, you will lead Product Industrialization projects, focusing on design and manufacturing transfers for Mobile Surgery X-ray systems. Your role involves building and coaching a team, ensuring first-time-right NPIs in terms of cost, schedule, and quality, and managing business risks. You will drive process improvements and ensure optimal supply chain for new product introductions to serve customers effectively.
Must have:
  • Build, lead, coach and develop the Production Industrialization team in Pune (3~5 FTE).
  • Accountable for the design transfers and manufacturing transfers for all IGT Systems industrialization activities related to Mobile Surgery systems.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the different stakeholders (e.g., supply chain, business, PMO).
  • First time right NPI concerning costs, schedule and quality.
  • Manage the business risks relate to Product Industrialization.
  • Ensure early involvement in the design process (e.g., by DfMAT).
  • Ensure optimal supply chain for the NPIs in order to serve our customers.
  • Lead the design transfer processes (like APQP, Process Validation) and drive process improvements where required.
  • Create and maintain a diverse, inclusive and highly engaged team.

Job Details

As an Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Engineering Lead for Mobile Surgery you lead by example and will lead one or more Product Industrialization projects. With the team you are responsible for the design and manufacturing transfers for the Mobile Surgery X-ray systems.

Your role:

  • Build, lead, coach and develop the Production Industrialization team in Pune (3~5 FTE).

You're the right fit if you have

  • 17+ years of industry experience, including 8+ years in leadership roles focused on product industrialization
  • Expert in PDLM, Project Management, NPI/NPD, and Stakeholder Management
  • Holds a Master's in a technical field (Mechanical/Electronics Engineering)
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale industrialization projects across global teams
