Must have:
  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience with focus on strategy and partnering

  • Experience leading large-scale transformation programs
  • International experience and understanding of diverse talent markets
  • Master's degree in Business, HR, or Org development

Job Description

We are seeing a strategic and visionary Head of People Strategy, who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the organization by shaping and driving our Enterprise People Strategy that support the organization's long term business objectives and growth, foster a high-performance culture and aligns with trends in the market we perform in. Together with the Chief People Officer this role will help translate our Enterprise People Strategy to the People Function strategy and priorities, shaping the future of our People Organization and continuously driving the connection and alignment between our enterprise people strategy, our people function and business priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR leader, who is passionate about driving meaningful change and building a high-performance culture, to shape the future of work and make a lasting impact on the organization's people strategy.

Your role:

 Enterprise People Strategy Development;

  • Develop and implement a forward-looking Enterprise People Strategy that is aligned with Philips’ mission and business goals, culture, and workforce transformation.

  • Translate enterprise people strategy and enterprise goals into actionable People Function priorities, programs, and policies.

  • Provide a roadmap for People initiatives that address workforce trends, workforce shifts, and organizational priorities

Organizational Design;

  • Ensure People Function operating model is implemented and embedded, and where needed optimized, to effectively support organizational goals and strategic priorities

  • Lead efforts to optimize/further evolve organizational structures, roles, and decision-making processes to foster people-centricity, agility, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Governance, Insights, and Performance;

  • Establish frameworks for People Function governance, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and tracking effectiveness of People Programs

  • Drive on behalf of the Chief People Officer the Enterprise Risk Management activities and own the People Function Processes linked to People Strategy as BPO.

Outside in perspectives;

  • Drive insights and outside in perspectives with people leadership team on industry trends, emerging technologies, workforce innovations, and future-proof HR strategies.

Stakeholder Partnership;

  • Act as trusted advisor to the Chief People Officer and senior leaders, translating business needs and complex workforce challenges into actionable strategic solutions.

You're the right fit if:

The ideal candidate will be a forward thinking, people centric leader with strong analytical capabilities and a passion for creating meaningful impact with audience centric, business aligned strategies and creating a high performing, engaged People organization.

  • 10+ years of (HR) leadership experience, with a focus on (HR) strategy, (enterprise) business partnering, organizational development.

  • Proven success in partnering with senior leaders across functions and align business goals with  people strategies.

  • Experience leading large scale transformation programs

    • Preferred experience designing, implementing and optimizing new business models, operating models, ways of working etc.

  • International experience, working in a global organization, with an understanding of diverse talent markets.

  • Masters degree in Business, HR, Org development or related.
