As a Talent Partner (m/f/d) at Philips, you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process. Your scope of support includes various operations with different functions, primarily in the DACH region. We want to continuously improve - your ideas and feedback on processes, colleagues, your manager, and stakeholders are welcome.
Since this position is a parental leave replacement, the position is limited until September 30, 2027.
Your Job:
- Managing the entire recruiting process from defining the requirement profile to candidate selection and contract negotiation
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
- Proactive consulting of our departments on all business-relevant recruiting topics
- Participation in the continuous improvement of our Talent Acquisition processes
- Participation in department-related projects (national/international)
The Job Suits You If:
- you have successfully completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Business Psychology or similar
- you have at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing end-to-end recruiting processes including active candidate sourcing through different channels (ideally in a corporate environment). In this environment, you have proactively and independently advised your stakeholders.
- you enjoy and are confident in conducting interviews and, through your communication skills and empathy, you develop decision-relevant information for both sides in dialogue. It is important to you to then provide relevant feedback to our internal and external candidates.
- an outstanding candidate experience is paramount to you, and you are flexible in working with very diverse stakeholders. A structured and transparent way of working with correct prioritization helps you with this.
- you are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken, so that you can conduct the recruiting process in both languages.
