Cadence seeks a Lead Product Engineer with expertise in analog/mix-signal or SRAM/DRAM/Flash transistor level design. Proven hands-on experience with spice and fast-spice simulation is essential. Join our team and make an impact on the world of technology.

Must have:

MSEE or PhD
IC Design
Analog/Mix-Signal
Spice Simulation

Good to have:

SRAM/DRAM/Flash

1. MSEE with 1 + year or PHD working experience in IC design company, Foundry, EDA industry.

2. In-depth knowledge of analog/mix-signal or SRAM/DRAM/Flash transistor level design
3. Hands-on experience on spice and fast-spice simulation
