Job Description

NICE is seeking a Project Manager to join the Professional Services team. This role involves managing project development and delivery, setting project expectations, defining project scope, and creating project plans. Responsibilities include planning timelines, delivering reports, managing scope changes, building relationships, and ensuring customer agreement. The role requires experience in delivering customer-facing SaaS solutions and PM accreditation. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication and risk management skills. The role offers opportunities for growth within a global, innovative company.
Must have:
  • 8+ years delivering customer facing SaaS solutions
  • PM accreditation (eg Prince2, PMP)
  • Work independently in the region
  • Represent the region from a delivery perspective
  • Extremely well organized and detail orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to identify, prioritize and manage risks
  • Build strong customer relationships
Good to have:
  • PMI certification desired
  • PRINCE II

 So, what’s the role all about?

NICE is looking for a Project Manager to join our Professional Services team. This role is responsible for directing and managing project development and delivery from beginning to end, setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and stakeholders, defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as customers and partners, and developing project plans, diagrams, and communications documents.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and track deliverables
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
  • Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
  • Collect sign-off confirming the customer's agreement on project completion and "acceptance"
  • Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements
  • Develop best practices and reusable tools for project execution and management

 

Have you got what it takes?

  • Minimum 8 years experience delivering customer facing SaaS solutions
  • PM accreditation (eg Prince2, PMP)
  • Work independently in the region as the Lead PM
  • Confidently represent the region from a delivery perspective
  • Extremely well organised and detail orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to easily identify, prioritize and manage risks
  • Build strong customer relationships 
  • You will have an advantage if you also have:
  • PMI certification desired
  • PRINCE II
