As a member of the Revenue/Sales Operations team, you will ensure maximum effectiveness of sales incentive programs in support of company strategic objectives and revenue growth.
This role is responsible for the design and execution of our sales compensation, incentive and rewards programs for multiple teams and sales channels across the sales/revenue business(es). This role will partner with sales leadership, finance and HR to own plan designs and modifications as well as spot incentives to motivate sales teams against changing objectives and priorities. These may include sales contests, awards programs, SPIFFS, kicker rates, MBO’s, stretch targets, etc. You must be experienced at analyzing opportunities, issues, leveraging data and applying strong analytics to deliver practical, effective solutions.
