WildBrain CPLG is offering an internship opportunity for a student to gain exposure to all areas of the licensing business in China. The intern will work closely with the Legal and Finance teams, learning about content licensing, co-development, production, and licensing for consumer products, gaming, and location-based entertainment. This placement provides valuable industry experience and insight into the operations of a successful international business within a hybrid work model.

Must Have:
  • Coordinating day-to-day administration to provide general support to Senior Legal Affairs Manager.
  • Conducting legal research and compiling information from legal resources.
  • Maintaining and organizing legal files and records.
  • Working closely with Finance Team and managing the payment process with third party service providers.
  • Translating Peanuts LOA as needed by UK Legal team.
  • Distributing WildBrain in-house brands hologram labels and keeping a clear record.
  • Assisting with mailing, scanning, copying, and other jobs assigned by Legal Affairs Manager.
  • Organized, with attention to detail and an ability to prioritize.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in Chinese and English (CET-6 or above).
  • Legal Professional Qualification Certificate (A) is a must.
  • Able to commit to at least 4 days a week.
