Licensing Associate

We are looking for a Licensing Associate to join our team and support our growth and licensing efforts.  

What you will do:  

• Support Licensing Manager and legal department with fantasy sport and sports betting licensing related responsibilities

• Aid in tracking license renewals, reporting requirements, and coordinate all other supplemental aspects of licensing process, including but not limited to: background/fingerprints, interviews, additional information, etc.

• Manage licensing software and other tracking tools for company, key and non-key employee licensing 

• Coordinate responses to and provide additional information to gaming regulators and other government officials

• Assist with special projects, as needed 

What you will bring:

• Strong organizational skills

• Extreme attention to detail

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

• Personable and able to confidently communicate with government officials, as applicable

• Located in Las Vegas or PST strongly preferred

• Four (4) year degree preferred

• 1-3 years working in a regulated environment such as gaming, banking or healthcare 

• Proficient in Slack, Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite (or similar), etc.

Certain locations in the United States require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the base salary range and/or a general description of benefits and other compensation applicable to the role.

For this role, in this particular location, a reasonable estimate of the base salary range for new hires is between $40,000 USD to $55,000 USD, plus benefits including Medical, Dental, PTO, and 401k.

Please note that the salary range for this role takes into account a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
