We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically confident team member to join our internal-facing team, supporting Sales Enablement and Customer Training. In this role, you’ll help manage and continuously improve our global Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring our commercial teams—especially those selling to travel suppliers like airlines and travel agencies—have seamless access to impactful, user-friendly training. You’ll work closely with partners across HR, IT, and product marketing to maintain the LMS as a reliable hub for learning. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical system administration with a strong focus on learner experience, thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, and is passionate about enabling learning through digital platforms. We’re looking for someone who is curious and proactive, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, able to simplify complex systems for end users, and who brings strong organizational and project management skills while staying ahead of digital learning trends.
