Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing documentation, and ensuring that deliveries reach our distributors and partners smoothly and on time. If you’re an organized, detail-oriented professional with a solid understanding of logistics processes and international transport regulations, this is a great opportunity to contribute to the world of video game production.
Daily Responsibilities
- Processing, collecting, verifying, and recording logistics invoices.
- Coordinating orders for the delivery of production materials to distributors and factories.
- Managing warehouse receipts and releases for selected clients, including verification of documentation and quantities.
- Organizing shipments to selected distributors, preparing shipping and customs documentation, and arranging transportation.
- Maintaining direct contact with carriers and monitoring transport execution.
- Collaborating daily with warehouse teams, managing inbound and outbound transactions in the ERP system.
- Cooperating with customs agencies and freight forwarding companies.
- Supporting other departments in logistics-related needs.
Qualifications
- Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar position.
- University degree in Transport, Logistics, or a related field.
- Knowledge of logistics processes, Incoterms, customs procedures, and transport organization and economics.
- Understanding of legal regulations applicable to transport.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or AX.
