Maintenance Technician

This position is for an on-site model, 3x3 shift, daytime, at our Barueri unit.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitoring suppliers at access points for internal services;
• Control and reporting of third-party visits and services;
• Periodic organization of Industrial & Building Maintenance folders and files, including HSE/SGI related documents;
• Updating and control of the equipment maintenance schedule and periodicity;
• Assistance in creating/updating procedures, work instructions, maintenance forms;
• Monitoring receipt of Industrial and Building Maintenance parts;
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, 14000 and 18000 Standards;
• Knowledge in repair of electronic boards and power supplies;
• Knowledge in electrical as-built and electrical controls;
• Knowledge in electrical/electronic diagrams;
• Basic knowledge in hydraulics;
• Support in 5S improvement actions for Industrial & Building Maintenance.

Qualifications

• Completed Technical Course in Electronics, Electromechanics and related fields.
• Basic knowledge in corrective and preventive maintenance of personalization machines, such as: Datacard 9000, 7000 and MX6000, Bell&Howell and Matica Laser.
